WELCOME!

My passion for wildlife and art has allowed me to connect to so many like-minded individuals who really appreciate the animals and biodiversity of our planet - and I love that. I'm also super passionate about creating artwork for people's homes that they will love themselves for a lifetime and be able to pass down through generations. About the Artist

"Kirsten, an artist currently based in her studio in Edinburgh, Scotland, draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of the natural world that has captivated her since childhood. Growing up in a rural environment, surrounded by animals and immersed in nature, Kirsten discovered solace and artistic muse amid the hustle of the world.

In each of her paintings, Kirsten endeavors to craft an immersive experience with nature, presenting it in a cinematic format that transports viewers into the heart of the wild. Her subjects often focus on endangered species, a theme that goes beyond canvas as Kirsten actively fundraises for vital conservation projects and organizations through her art.

Through her creations, Kirsten shares the nuanced behaviors and unique characteristics of the animals she paints, aiming to educate and inspire others about the importance of preserving these incredible creatures and their habitats.

Her artworks have found homes across the globe, with collectors proudly displaying her pieces as a testament to the enduring connection between art and nature."

I've always been drawn to art...

As soon as I got my hands on a pencil as a child, I was drawing non stop. I've always had aspirations to be an artist, and now I'm lucky enough to make it my full-time gig. The younger me would be over the moon to see us painting for a living!

Nature was an escape...

I grew up on a farm in the rural countryside of Fife. The nearest supermarket was a 20 minute drive away and the nearest bus stop a 45 minute walk! This may seem like a trap for some, but this was my paradise. I found so much beauty in the nature and wildlife that surrounded me, I was outside all the time and really developed an understanding for the kindness and beauty in the animals that became my childhood friends!

Wildlife is my Passion

As if I didn't have enough nature in my life being outside, Wildlife Documentaries became my go to inside activity. Anything David Attenborough or Steve Irwin was my happy place! As they showcased the vibrant tapestry of the world's wildlife in cinematic format, I was drawn to creating that on canvas - and have done ever since.

Are you open for commissions?

Yes! I take on a few very select commissions per year between collections. These spaces are very limited and are only for Willdife work, no pet portraits or humans. If you would like to chat more about this, please use the "get in touch" section of my website.

Do you ship Internationally?

All the time! I use a trusted express worldwide shipping courier - DHL. All shipping is insured and packaged extremely securely.

Customs fees are sometimes due depending on your home country, please check you are happy with this before purchasing. We are not responsible for any customs/VAT import duties from your purchases.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our prints are made to order to ensure you have a pristine print from the studio. We endevour to ship out paper prints the next day following an order, canvas prints with hand embellisments may take up to two weeks for Kirsten to touch up by hand and varnish before sending. Once sent, your order will arrive between 1-2 days for the UK, and between 7-14 days for international orders.

Do you restock sold out prints?

If we have created a timed edition release, if sold out: NO more prints will be produced or sold. Numbers are normally very limited and we recommend to avoid FOMO by getting your hands on them as they release!

Sometimes we will run archive sales if any prints are left over from releases and sell the last few remaining prints - but these are atleast a year after the initial release.
